If one or multiple products are not available from stock, the user can proceed to ask a quote and put them in the cart. Whitin 24 hours, the user will see our reply and quotation with proper delivery time on his Dashboard under the section “My Quote Requests”. At this time the user can decide whether to accept the quotation. If the user accepts and pays the quotation, the previous quote will be turned to order that can be checked under the section “Orders” in the Dashboard. It’s not possible to put together in the cart parts in stock and parts not in stock.
The “Quote Requests” are listed on the user Dashboard, inside the section “My Quote Requests”. Here you can view your Quotes history and pay for the new ones.
The quotation will be sent within 24 hours and will include prices and delivery times.
The user will see our Quote in his Dashboard.
